FAQ's and Shipping Policies
When is the shop updated?
I plan shop updates once a month. As an independent shop owner this can vary from time to time. When I have a date set, I post the details on my website and also on my profile page on instagram (sandybythelakeside). You can also sign up for my newsletter to keep informed on shop updates and news.
Can I place a custom order?
Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to accommodate special orders or requests.
Can I combine separate orders for shipping?
Due to the growing size of shop updates, I am no longer able to combine orders for shipping purposes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally and shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout. I adhere to customs requirements and cannot mark the package as a gift or falsify the value.
Packages may be held by your postal service pending payment of customs fees. Any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
By the Lakeside is not responsible for non-delivery due to unclaimed packages. Please watch for notification from your postal service or contact them if you suspect your package is being held for customs purposes.
Postage on returned international packages is not refundable.
When do you ship?
All items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated and ship within 5-7 business days from when you place your order.
What is your return policy?
I hope you will be happy with your purchase and do my best to include descriptive details and photos in all product listings. If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee) once the item is returned. Please note purchaser bears all shipping return costs.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately. If I can offer a replacement, I will do so. Otherwise a refund will be provided.
