This leather notebook can be used to create a tailored system of your own design, making it flexible and functional. It is an A4 size notebook cover, with 2 strands of elastic for refillable inserts.

This journal is made with vegetable tan leather from Italy and is handcrafted in Canada. Each piece has a unique character and is one of a kind. It is a pull up leather which means when pulled or bent, the colour shifts to lighter shades due to the movement of waxes and oils. It has a "two-tone" vintage effect and develops a unique patina over time. 

Each journal is handmade in Canada and branded with the by the lakeside logo (scissors). It will arrive empty and any inserts or accessories shown in photos are not included.

The closed journal measures:

9" wide x 12" tall x 3/8" deep    

It fits various notebooks approximately 8 1/4" x 11 3/4     

To best care for your by the lakeside leather item, avoid exposing it to water and moisture. Never submerge leather items in water.
